Very spacious rooms, I actually love living here because of how spacious it is. But everything would be perfect if they did renovations on the flooring and put bigger AC units in the back because summer time we are sweating bullets. Since I prayed over this area the crime has subsided. Need better Maintenance. After living there for two years, we have had trouble with mice, roaches and our apartment actually got shot up (which the lease office didnt think that was a dangerous situation and didnt think we should move because of the shooting) so we moved shortly after that because the bullets went through our bedroom while we were in it at the time. The AC units are not big enough to support the apartment so in the summer you have no AC. Our kitchen floor kept raising up so and there was alot of old wood underneath that they didnt want to fix so yea we had to move. But I did like the amount of space in the apartment. We ended up moving out April 2019.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! It was great when my mother first moved here. My mother has been having trouble with her air conditioning for years now!!!!! I’m at her apartment right now visiting from out of town and she has fans on because the air is not working yet again!!!!! This is unacceptable it is too hot for this and she has health issues. I don’t know what’s going on now but they need to do better!!!! She is in the process of moving cause it’s so bad. Bugs and everything smh

I enjoy the office staff here, La Troy Ruffin is a delight and very kind. He works with me and so very helpful. It is also a delight to talk to him. My work orders as in and they are takin care of in a timely manner. He's a keeper, Thank you La Troy.
