Yes the fries had just enough seasoning. They were not over or under cooked. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The bun was fresh. The service was prompt and friendly!! Thanks Zaxby's keep on cooking and serving we appreciate it!!

I'm sorry, I meant to leave more but got called away. Your staff was very polite and quick to serve. Food is always terrific. Just wish we had a Zaxbys closer to New Kent or back in Williamsburg. You guys are fantastic.

I ordered traditiona buffalo l wings it was dry as wood and burned. And the cashier was so rude and felt kind of racism when served us

I love zaxbys and I have been been coming to this location for about 8 months and tonight my girlfriend ordered 2 Cobb salads which are supposed to come with eggs(which it did not), and she specifically ordered them without bacon(and they put bacon on it anyway) and not even 10 minutes after she ate it, she threw it up!!!! I called the store to get a refund and the general manager told me they do not give refunds. We both have dietary restrictions that prevent us from eating pork!! TO spent 20 dollars on salads WE cannot eat because your staff incorrectly made my order and had my girlfriend regurgitate the entire thing and all you offer is a 10% discount on my next meal?? UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WILL BE CALLONG CORPORATE
