I have been trying to contact them for over a month no one has returned my phone call I am with Team 3 I have a Left so many voice mails I emailed them to nothing at all no call no email I am trying to get paperwork so that I can transfer to another state this is ridiculous the voicemail is full and even when it’s not for you get nothing

My brother is a client here and has been trying to get answers from them, because THEY messed up his account. They got uncomfortable so to get him off of the phone they said they would have a supervisor call and answer his questions. He waited and waited. Finally he emails to inquire about the call that THEY set up and they have a rude supervisor LAURA BRANDON call him to tell him she can’t talk over the phone and then hang up in his face. These people are horrible. They do not care about their clients. As long as they get paid they couldn’t care less whether you or your family live or die.

Hi Cedric, unfortunately the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri does not own nor manage that property. I would suggest contacting HUD directly to file a complaint or Linwood Estate's corporate's office.

Who do we turn to? I have a large family with disabilities. We live in an unfinished house paying 900 a month. The furnace is in the living room, mold and water in the basement. It floods bedrooms when it rains.. Owner will not pay his water bill. W
