I’ve been trying to get approved for assistance since March it’s August now. I get emails constantly after resubmitting my application saying it needs ‘review’ and ‘corrections’. I follow instructions, send it back, and it gets sent back to me and the cycle continues. It’s really sad that people who need assistance have to go through this. I’m very greatful a different organization made it simple for me, they asked the questions I filled out the application and that’s was all. No complicated application platform, no corrections just my information. It’s Impossible to mess up because it was designed to be simple for people in need to apply.

Opinionated Scents

I am looking to start a class action law suit against MHDC and the owners of the Stratford Manor Retirement community in Pine Lawn. The abuse and mistreatment of the elderly inside of this building is terrible. They are not taking care of the building or safety concerns. They are trying to force the tenants to take care of things that the MHDC said they as owners are responsible for. They are knocking on tenant doors at 10 p.m. at night to demand that they get up the next morning and sign a new lease where everything is tenant responsibility. I could go on and on but something needs to be done legally. I will be writing all of the news channels and talking to my local politicians. They cannot get away with this. Not in 2022. I will also be starting a campaign using Social media. Enough is enough. I filed a complaint with MHDC and nothing was done and now they are punishing the tenants. Disgusting. If MHDC won't come correct this, the legal system will.

this place is dishonest discriminatory and incompetent. iF YOURE A LANDLORD WHOS NOT A FRIEND OF THIERS, be prepared to experience very poor service.

Reading these review no now I see I am not the only one having issues with this company about my rental application. I still have not received funds either. Its been 4 months for me. All they say is you application is still under review. Like what are you still review 4 months later.
