This location has the worst drive thru customer service. I work .5 miles from this location and every time I come here the drive thru tellers are playing around and have me just sitting here waiting. Sometimes I drive the extra miles just to get better service.

It's a bank disaster, the manager is incompetent. I went with an appointment planned for today, Saturday, September 24 at 10 am, and he told me that they couldn't attend me because he doesn't have staff and I was there yesterday and they couldn't attend me either because I had to have an appointment. . Terrible service, terrible attention. They must check what is happening in that branch, everything is very bad.

Worst experience at this branch. I came to withdraw money from my line of credit…the new teller couldn’t do and no manager at that moment took the time to go looking for slip of 10 digits. Ridiculous until one employee came back from lunch then that lady with the blond hair ( manager I assumed) told her to look for the slip. This branch needs to be shut down. There are services at anytime of the day.
