Very rude, the manager Carlos wasn’t willing to assist with other options for my roommates account. We went to another location who was great and fixed the problem with ease. Carlos was being rude and had to practice putting a smile on his face before even coming up to us. I felt like he closed her card after we left because it’s wasn’t closed prior to. She was racially profiled.

DO NOT DEAL THIS BANK BRANCH. Why does this bank have one teller working, there is 6 people in line, and the bankers are on computers, those that are with clients and not seeing if there’s anything that clients in line needs. This bank is always slow. What is being done to get service working more fluently here? Not to exaggerate at all, but it is always like this when I come to this location. I worked in Banking at COMMUNITY BANK and every effort was made to ensure enough tellers were available to take clients. It’s been like this a long time here, and it seem nothing is being done. I like to be in one place and not be all over, this is the only reason I stick with Bank of America😳 This is Bad.
