The Cleburne Welcome Center is a great place to stop and rest. There is a ton of picnic seating and a back porch. The area is very clean and well maintained. There are vending machines on the side of the building. The staff is friendly and helpful on planning out ideas to explore Alabama.

Construction! There aren't many rest areas in Alabama for some reason anyway. It seems like I had to drive to Mississippi to find one! good thing there were gas stations along the way.

Neither---- This refers to all AMERICAN freedoms. Please research history and you will be surprised to find that indentured servants commonly known as slaves came from all over the globe all races all cultures etc. The common bond was the right to happiness and the betterment of life. Which in most cases was a better more secure life then what they left behind
