Recently started buying meat here and I've been very impressed. From what I understand most of the meat is local, or at least they know exactly where it's coming from. It's always been delicious, and priced pretty great. We were recently camping and I had 2lbs of their ground beef, which I mixed with 2lbs of beef from a chain supermarket for one of our meals and the difference was shocking. The color and texture of the supermarket beef was disgusting when compared to this. From that moment on I decided to only buy my meat from someone like Champion.

Shout out to Champion Meats. I grilled a beef bomb (look it up- fantastic). I tried to follow their instructions, but overcooked it as a result. At least 50% of this was user error. I mentioned it to them, they replaced it and gave better instructions on cooking. It turned out great. They stood behind their product, are wonderful to work with and know their stuff! Buy local!
