I absolutely love working with Standard Kitchen and Bath. I am an independent interior designer, and send my cabinetry designs to them, and they always price, communicate, and respond very promptly. They work with me, and my clients on what looks we want, that reflect their budgets. I have used other cabinetry vendors in town, and have had horrible experiences with quality, installations, or feeling like they have forgotten about me. Standard Kitchen and Bath really cares about their customers, and their products. They have several different lines to choose from, so I never have to look anywhere else. I really enjoy working with them. They make me feel appreciated, they are a delight to work with, and the quality is remarkable.

We are thrilled with the job Standard Kitchen & Bath did remodeling our outdated 1970s kitchen. Our designer, Kendra, was very professional and responsive to any questions we had. We ordered our cabinets right before the supply chain crunch, so we didn’t have to wait as long as some people for them to arrive. Working with the contractor was a dream. As you can imagine, we have an older house, but Danny was able to work with any quirks he discovered along the way, and the end result makes us smile every time we go into our kitchen. We would highly recommend Standard Kitchen & Bath, and will be contacting them again for our upcoming bathroom remodel. Karen B.

2nd update : We have our refund finally. Update : They are now refusing to deliver our cabinets and refusing to give us a refund . Scott stated his attorney would be calling us We ordered cabinets from them approximately 14 weeks ago. During the construction phase of our kitchen remodel our contractor was verifying spacing when he found We that the measurements for the cabinets were between 11 and 14 inches off. We contacted Standard Kitchen and Bath immediately. We were informed that the only employee that had access to our design (Jaz) was on vacation for several more days. We were then sent a text message that due to Covid she would need to delay the remeasurement of our space for our cabinets an additional week. We requested another person come measure. They sent out Bob who came to the same conclusion that our contractors did, that the initial measurements were incorrect. SK&B denied any responsibility for the incorrect measurements and instead suggested that we, (A.) Modify our existing plan to accomodate the oversized cabinet or (B.) purchase a smaller replacement cabinet from them for approximately $2000 and refused to give us a refund for the incorrect cabinet. These options were presented by our interior designer Katie Pipkin. We have yet to speak with Jaz since the initial measurements. Since we never heard back from SK&B directly, I reached out to the President and Owner Scott Fendley and explained the situation. He said he needed to look at the plans and would get back to me with some options. He did say that he could probably split the cost with me to bring the cabinet price down to $1000 but that he would need to check some things and get back to me. That was July 6th, 2022. Today is July 22, 2022 and we have not heard anything from Standard Kitchen & Bath. We were not comfortable with resolution because we were not responsible for the inaccurate measurements of the cabinets. They maintain that we failed to communicate the removal of a wall and that is the reason for the faulty measurement. We are scheduled to get our kitchen cabinets installed next Tuesday and we have no idea how that is going to turn out.
