One window was broken upon arrival. I have waited greater than the 2 weeks for installation for that window as told is the only reason not a higher rating. The bottom part of the window is taped with white cardboard of the broken window. Today I was told the the replacement is in but will be another week before someone is out. Great service and cleanup of the other windows.

I reached out to Window World about having windows put in what was just a screened in porch. Brett came out the next day and measured for custom windows to fit the existing openings. He warned me about a potentially longer than normal wait time due to the issues with supply chain. The windows came in this week and the installers were here with them the next day. They look amazing! Everything with my interactions went incredibly smooth!!

Wasted several days waiting for them to come give a quote, was told only they only quote M-F but that's when everyone is at work. Tried to schedule with someone on a Saturday but apparently football games and everything else personal is more important than nearly 80k of business. Not recommended at all unless you are lucky enough to not work M-F to get a quote from them.

Our windows are nearing the one year mark and we continue to be very pleased with our decision to go with Window World of Knoxville. Everything was provided as it was promised and we've had no issues at all. I did have a question just today and a kind and knowledgeable lady in the Service department answered the phone within three rings and thoroughly answered my question. We could have spent more money on our windows by going with a different company but I'm not sure we would receive the same value in terms of both product and service. Very satisfied and looking forward to replacing a few more windows and doors in 2023. Window World of Knoxville will be our first choice!

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.

Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.

The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
