I emailed asking if they where buying pallets at the moment. I had already set up my account with them. Lady emailed me back and stated yes they where and it was $4 a complete pallet. I drove 1 hour to get to them. When I arrived the lady told me they haven’t been been accepting pallets for a while now. I told her I emailed someone and the person told me yes and she said to me “Oo yes that was me but I’m sorry we are not buying at the moment” totally made me waste my time. Horrible customer service!

I ordered a bunch of pallets and they helped me get them onto my truck but unfortunately they all couldn’t fit They didn’t give me a hard time about it but instead held them off to the side and told me to come back later. I told them I needed to return in the morning and was expecting some issues but they said no problem. If you have any pallet needs this is your place. I’m all for customer service and I’m super happy I was able to get what I needed!
