Yesterday was my first time ever getting my finger printing done. I honestly didn't know what I was doing. But the two working there were so nice and sweet, the old man chatted and cut up. The was a really great experience and I am so happy that I went there. 10/10 will go back for any other needs that they provide and recommend them to others.

I will be using other fingerprinting services after today's visit. The gentleman owner seemed very uncomfortable with my young 5-year-old son being with me at today's appointment (although their store sells mostly toys and school-based items). He frequently told my son what to do and where to sit and generally seemed impatient, although we arrived early for our 10:30 time slot and there was only one person waiting when we left (well before our 10:30 appointment). I also had questions about scheduling another fingerprint appointment and seemed to be a nuisance to both the gentleman and his wife. I'm hopeful these small business owners are simply not aware how rude they come across to paying customers. My next appointments will be scheduled at the facility 5 minutes down the road.

One of the worst places I visited is to send a shipment through the DHL The old man not give you an opportunity to explain to him what you want with some stupid questions, I do not recommend . Qusay, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate all customer feedback. You came to ship a DHL package with no box or items, except a list on your phone. This was not sufficient for us to help you and give you a quote. We needed to know the weight and the measurements of your package. We apologize for your experience and look forward to providing you with our outstanding service the next time you need to ship a package. You don't tell the truth, you didn't give me a chance to give you shipping information. You were very rude. Don't try to justify your mistake .
