Their new Tech service program is $200 a year. But I recommend it. You can go in store, for 30 min tutoring on a daily basis. It’s built in education if you need it and are willing to take time to take your questions to them. You can even bring your device with you.

You should call them directly. They can help. Call your nearest Best Buy they'll connect you.
You can go into Best Buy on cedar bluff and see the Samsung Experience Team. They are Samsung employees who work in Best Buy and they are usually there 11 to 7 daily. They work in the tablet area across from the Apple area.
They have a Samsung Experience shop here with Samsung employees near the tv section and Apple area. They can help and its free. Also Geek Squad does hardware repairs on Samsung Galaxy phones, not free, but available if needed. Usually able to be done same day. Make a reservation with them to look at and see if they can repair it first.
