Proof of ownership. You can use a registration, a title or a reciept showing you had a convertor replaced, A Bill of Sale will work but it needs to have both parties signature, name, address and phone.

Hey Teresa, The current price for steel is $.04 per lb. Newer stoves typically range from 150-250 lbs or $6-$10, wood burning stoves 300-500 lbs or $12-$20.

We do buy convertors. The prices range from $5-$450, due to varying amounts of valuable metals in them. The only way to accurately price them is to get the numbers off of them as well as a visual inspection. Bring them in and we will price them for you.
