My newly leased Explorer started acting up and I was told by many that they wouldn't be able to take a look at it for 2 months. I set something up at Village Ford and they looked at it within just a few days. It turns out a herd of squirrels decided to make my engine bay a house and stored several walnuts. The technicians were quick to clean it and fix it and I had it back in only a few days. They communicated with me along the way and I now park in the garage. The staff was easy to work with and I'd recommend them.

Joe, Savannah, and Anwar make an incredible team at this Quick Lane. They were able to fit my car in as a walk-in appointment and I was given a much-needed oil change in a very short time. Throughout the process, they were all exceedingly helpful and kind, explaining things and making honest suggestions about my vehicle. Customers are in for a phenomenal interaction when they choose this location, as they couldn't ask for better or more pleasant advisors. Thanks to everyone for such a fantastic experience!

Do not buy accessories from dealer! Mark it up 7-10 times actual cost and explain that “ either you pay for accessories or we will find someone else who will.” General manager Said this! Also after knowing what the trade in price was that I wanted they changed it by 5% lower when we finalizing paperwork without informing me prior. Classic move knowing that we drove about 1.5 hours in with trade and knew we were trading in. After spending about 4 hours at dealership discussing these issues along with vehicle going back to service to fix “front sensor failing” (which is still on by the way) code we asked them for some water. “There’s a vending machine in lobby.” Priceless bc you would think they would be polite enough to ask while we waited if we needed anything.

I found just what I was looking for at a good price at Village Ford in Dearborn. Dave Daniel was great - competent, knowledgeable and fun! I got good information with no gimmicks, no pressure. Now, two weeks after purchase, I'm still glad I went to Village Ford.

Addison Ford (Henry Ford's second cousin) opened the store in 1910. They've been at the current location since 1947.
Village Ford us a massive dealership which hasn't forgotten that safety of customers and staff alike is obviously present in their practice. It is customer friendly in service delivery and physically cautious in maintaining stated protocols for safety.
I believe Ford dealership network should have all the information. Ford dealership in Hawaii should be able to access.
