I am giving this apartment Complex a 1 star after living here for 2 years for more than 1 reason. But before that, I do want to mention that people who worked in Maintenance were great and genuinely cared for the tenants and their well being. 1. However, The management does not care much for existing tenants. Their 1st priority is getting new tenants in. 2. We paid a premium for Gated community. However, the gate was non-functional around 50% of the time defeating the purpose of paying extra. 3. Forget getting your security deposit back. The management makes up excuses to avoid paying you money back 4. My car almost got stolen. And the lease office showed no empathy These are just the top issues, there are a lot more which i don't have time to list.

Update as of 9/15/22: 8 reasons why you shouldn’t consider this location: Disclaimer: you will not notice any of these things until after you begin living here. ** FYI: Rent is starting around $1600. ** 1. YOUR HVAC UNIT WILL GO OUT EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OR ATLEAST ONCE A MONTH. 2. The gate, of the heavily advertised “gated community,” is always broken. Probably broken now. 3. YOUR MAILBOX DOOR WILL BREAK A FEW TIMES. 4. Tow trucks are allowed to hound around the property, hunting to tow visitors. (Predatory towing is a thing here) 5. Rent isn’t uploaded until the day that it’s due; and your water bill isn’t added until 2-3 days after that. If you pay your rent on the 1st day, then you’ll probably forget to pay your water bill, until you receive a letter stating that your water bill payment is past due. 6. Trash in the dumpster corral looks horrible every single week. Sometimes the waste removal provider doesn’t pickup the trash. 7. Tree branches hang entirely too low, around the side of the complexes, and will scratch your cars. 8. Walls are thin, so prepare to hear your neighbors moving around. Original review: SERIOUSLY NEED TO FIX THE POTHOLES!! There’s legitimately no reason why the potholes should exist this long. The property manager and lease admin team is on-site daily; if we see them and drive over them, then I know that they do as well.

Management of this facility is horrible I applied to live here and didn’t hear back till over a week later and when I called NO ONE ANSWERED at all for me to get an update : it’s like this management company doesn’t want business or money ! To top it my application was denied .. im not sure how but okay !!! very impatient and unprofessional office/management staff

*DO NOT MOVE HERE* This place is sketchy as can be, claims to be gated but, the gate is always broken and wise open. Many times there's been shootings and robberies here. Many changes in management who don't care about their tenants, type of people that would screw their own mother for $1 type of people. I would not move here!
