***update*** So this crew is a solid group of great people. I was in a bind (damsel in distress 🤦‍♀️) kind of situation and this crew did not hesitate and got me back to my normal routine. I couldn’t be more grateful for these individuals. Dionne/Mason/Verne at thorndale Mavis were extremely helpful. I needed help with a battery and Dionne got these guys on it quick to help across the street from the store. She was on top of it, and Mason and Verne both took initiative to help me immediately. Very appreciative of this crew! Thank you all! 🙏🏻

Definitely will be back to get more work done to my vehicle!!! I made an appointment at 10am got there late at 10:30am, they still took me no problem. The receptionist Miss Dionne was so nice she took care of me🫶🏾, and even saved me some money on my service. The mechanics definitely know what their doing. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable while working on my car.

Mason and the Mavis team were my heroes today! I had a screw in my tire and after going to two other places and being told “we can’t help. Buy a new tire” Mason looked at it, explained what was needed and plugged it free of charge! Outstanding customer service and incredibly helpful. I will absolutely be back!

I was in a pinch to have my car serviced and Mason was upfront immediately about the time needed to get the work done and detailed why. Mavis was flexible with my schedule and when I came in for the service Mason & Chris were friendly and efficient, servicing my car in less time than anticipated. Great experience.
