If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just recently colored my hair red. I was looking to enhance the red a bit more without dying it again or becoming flaming red. I expressed this to the girl at the counter multiple times, making it very clear. The girl gave me a depositing shampoo, and said it was exactly what I was describing. The bottle said it was for blondes and when I pointed this out, she said it would work anyway. Once I used this, it left my hair extremely blotchy and flaming red- the exact opposite of what I wanted. It also seemed to dull the original color I had, making it look a lot more brown. I now am about to spend hundreds of dollars to get this fixed, and I am extremely upset.

The customer service at this location is atrocious. They were rude and I was never greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. The girl working on the floor knew absolutely nothing. From what products they had, to ringing out the register. The manager was useless as well. I go to insert my chip card and the machine doesn’t work. She tells me to swipe my card as we all know most/all cards have chips in them and it doesn’t swipe. I ask does Apple Pay work? She assured me that it did and of course it did not. Then to top it off they’re only accepting cash if it is the exact amount. At this point there is a whole line of people and the manager never came out once to assist. Mind you there was another register that was closed that could have been opened to see if my payment could be accepted there. As a customer returning customer over the last decade this by far is the worst staff they have had. I’m disappointed that I was not able to purchase my items and they did not offer and solution to fix the inconvenience that was caused by them. Scenarios like this encourage more and more people like myself to resort to Amazon to avoid instances like this to. I would rather spend more money somewhere else for the same thing than to shop there again.

Went in to get hair extensions and was in for maybe about 45 minutes. Manager helped for a little bit but then a friend of hers walked in. I had been looking through their clearance extensions, which are in a small cart and hard to look through, and was trying to color match with the hair color there. When I finally got it I went to the front and heard the manager and her friend joke about how I was finally done and had been in there for "hours". She and her friend had been chatting the whole time so it's not like my being there was inconvenient. Plus, I was spending money there. She also seemed rude as she was ringing me up. Rude manager who doesn't care about her customers. I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem before but that was ridiculous. I will not be returning.
