I have been a patient of ATI Thorndale since October for shoulder therapy post surgery, 2-3 times per week . I have found the ATI team to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and responsive to my needs. Molly the floater has been my primary care coordinator/therapist and has done an excellent job. She developed a care plan to help me progress toward my therapy goals and adjusted as needed. If I do not see Molly, due to my schedule, I meet with the other therapists, Ann and Jesse. They are very responsive to my needs and I feel they are well informed as to my care plan. The communication between the team is excellent and I always feel I can trust them to help my therapy advance and address any issues that may come up, regardless of who I see. I also appreciate the flexibility they have - if I have to rush my appt or have more time to stick around, they adjust my therapy as appropriate. Overall, A+ team - and I am about to have a family member go there to for their PT.
