Bought a brand new Xbox controller but opted out of the extended warranty. Straight out of the box the controller was broken. The headset jack didn’t work. I returned to this game stop the next day and they refused a refund and told me I had to contact Microsoft for a refund. I drove to the next nearest GameStop and they gave me my money back no problem. How are you going to sell me a defective product and refuse a refund the next day?

We had both employees from behind the counter come and ask if we needed "help" within 30 seconds of one another. The first walked away after we said we were "just looking." The second wouldn't go away. What's the deal? You people don't get commissions. There's a difference between "greeting" customers and making them feel unwelcome by following them around the store.

Best store ever bought sports games this year 2k21 every title awesome service didn't have to wait long.Guy gave me courtesy and was kind,we talked about recent games coming out and previous games if I could I would give this store 10 stars but there is only 5 but you get the picture.Thank you Gamestop Keep up the good work.Stay Strong!
