Amazing place. Outstanding customer service. Super fresh fish (I purchased sashimi grade salmon, absolutely delicious!) Fair prices. I'll be back for sure.

They do live Crawfish, but they have a minimum weight that you have to purchase.
Some is farmed but of exquisite farm quality, not the same as other places.
Absolutely but their inventory changes daily. They even have toro
Call and order. They do sometimes keep some on hand this time of year but will most likely order whatever you need.
Sorry I don't understand which fish you are asking about. Is there another name besides manta blanca? (eng trans: white blanket)
It's not something they carry but they might be able to special order them in for you. Call and ask to speak with Nick or Dan.
Yes
If anyone does Aquarius does. I have sent hundreds of people there to buy their sushi grade fish. In my opinion it is the only place in salt lake to buy sushi grade fish, scallops, shellfish, whatever you want however I have never bought abalone myself so I'm not sure if they have them or not. Give them a call, they are open after 11:00 a.m. Nick and the boys are awesome.
They do. They often have cooked lobster, claws and meat, and raw lobster.
Masks are required and surfaces are disinfected.
They don't have fresh ones. But, they have frozen 2# bags from Portugal.
Yes, they have several colors of tobiko and salmon eggs as well.
YES! Masago, Tobiko ( four colors) Ikura, Sturgeon Roe, Trout roe every day
Do you have monkfish
Aquarius has great oysters if you can get them, but if you can't Whole Foods also sells raw oysters in shell. They even do "buck a shuck" Fridays and sell them all for $1/piece.
Have not seen it when I have been there, but ask & they will get it in.
Their inventory changes daily.
It really just depends on the day. I get off work at 6:00 and come in right before they close at 7:00 and haven't really had an issue getting what I wanted.
Yes, if you're looking for oysters this is the best place in utah to buy them. Many varieties and always fresh, over the last 5 years I have only had 3 bad oysters out of about a hundred.
You absolutely can, our next shipment will be in Wednesday.
I've seen whole cooked Dungeness crabs a few times. I don't think they have it all the time, though.
Brazilian Rock are on special right now, 4 for $7!!
I got a king crab leg there, well worth the money
