It really just depends on the day. I get off work at 6:00 and come in right before they close at 7:00 and haven't really had an issue getting what I wanted.
You can call ahead and let them knoow what you want. I sometimes order toro. Their selection changes daily
Their selection does vary and it is good that they sell out....fresher fish! If I need something specific, I generally call and let them know. They always take care of me and their fish is amazing!
The selection varies all the time. They always seem to have fish I'm willing to buy, but they do run out of some things.
