How many different kinds of fish are they and what do they range from.?

All kinds of fish from crabs, grouper to New Zealand Salmon that arrives fresh every Tuesday. You can also make specific requests and they can get it for you.

Many different types of fish in season and some farm fish as well. Pending on type of fish market value is the price. If you choose a tuna for example as oppose to a farmed salmon the price is way different the farmed salmon would be cheaper.

I don't know how many types of fish they have but is the only place that I know of in Salt Lake to get sushi grade fish of multiple types. Their prices range from say $8 to about $22 a pound for their most expensive fish. For instance Norwegian Salmon and Yellowfin Tuna are both about $22 a pound I believe.
