We’ve ordered from Rossi’s dozens of times before and always had good food that was delivered in a timely fashion by a pleasant individual. I ordered the gluten free pizza for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in its own baking tin and with a disposable pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination. Bravo Rossi for being wonderfully accommodating of people with gluten allergies!

I used to love Rossi's but not any longer. In the last 3 months I've had 2 delivery orders that were incorrect.Today ordered (in the restaurant) 2 slices of pizza to eat in, 20 minutes later, no pizza, asked about it at the counter, waited another 20 minutes and finally asked for a refund. While I realize take out is more popular now I didn't think it would be that difficult to get 2 slices of cheese pizza.

Very disappointed to say the very least. This evening we placed a delivery order at 4:45, we waited until 6:25 for the delivery that was supposed to take 45 mins. Due to prepaid delivery(along with driver tip) not arriving we called the shop. Person who answered was clueless at which time we asked to speak to the manager. The manager first stated we never placed an order and it took ten minutes of his arguing and finally sending a photo of our bank account showing it went through at which time he then “found” the order that was left in the “pickup” area and not delivered. He offered to “warm up” the food (three pies a sandwich and sides) and took half off. When the food finally arrived after 7pm the pies were awful, pies thinner than the box, chewy barely warm cheese and crust that was so damned hard it shattered. This will be the last time we utilize this place which is disappointing as it has gotten progressively worse this year . Time for Dimitri’s

All of you reading reviews need to understand that this "establishment" does not care about you. They don't care about your time, your well being, or value you as a human. As is typical of New York, a whole lot of nothing good for a whole lot of inflated currency. They are there to take your dollars. That is all. Good luck, keep moving and eat outside of the airport.
