Very rude counter help. Ordered on line and told order would be ready at 6 19. Counter lady dismissed this and said lobby was closing due to no help and count myself lucky. Rather stupid as could pick up through drive though anyway. Do no use this asstore. Food was cold.

Just nasty. Served me a Spicy Chking that was barely luke warm and dry like a cardboard. Drove here just for the sandwich, but I'll never be back again.

The lady working at 1pm is extremely rude, how she speaks to her employees and her customers. Also I just spent like $14 for a meal and I asked for ranch and she wanted to charge me for it? I’m confused on why that is, I wasn’t asking for extra I wanted 1. It’s not even about the cost, it’s .25. I just don’t understand why I’d be charged for 1 ranch.

Lobby was closed due to a short staff, totally understandable, but they were OUT of impossible whoppers.. How is a huge chain like Burger King out of any of their product they're famous for? At least the fries from the drive through were good.
