This is a great place for relaxation! We were hoping to visit this spa during our vacation, but it was fully booked. At the very last minute we’ve discovered they had one opening and the experience exceeded all expectations. The spa has several hot tubs, all with a wonderful view on mountains. Also, the spa had a comfortable pool area with a warm water swimming pool and two hot tubs under the roof. Highly recommend this place!

Little spa located in the heart of Manitou Springs. Need to book in advance to let them know if you’re with a party of 5+ people. Bring your own towel or you’ll be charged to hire one. The top floor hot tubs have great views of the red rocks mountains. The changing rooms are spacious and have all you need to rinse off. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Water fountains on each floor.

Good experience overall but definitely some facilities and communications could be improved. My boyfriend and I got a duet massage and soak. Massage was great, though I wish my therapist had asked a little more detail about the pressure and areas of focus I prefer. The soaking tub we were originally assigned was overflowing (we could barely sit down as our faces would be partially covered by water) so we switched to one without the great view, which was disappointing. I wish they had checked on the status of the tub before assigning it. It seems like some of the tubs have lounge chairs nearby and others don’t, which is a shame. Nobody communicated to us that the sauna and cooler pools existed/were available to use, and we definitely would have used them if we knew about them. There were no cups for the water in the common relaxation room or lockers to store our belongings. We used a gift card and it was a lovely afternoon but I don’t think I would spend my own money for the high prices in comparison to the quality of service.

One of our favorite places to soak and reflect. This spa offers tubs mad of wood and private soaking. They also include a large indoor pool for use by anyone reserving time. The pool has a cascading fountain and is lovely. The views are just stunning and today there was snow and ice around 10 degrees F. Recommend you read what to expect for masks and towels etc. we bring our own towel, robe, and slippers. Shower rooms are beautiful and soaps are provided. Just be ready to hydrate and maybe get a nap afterwards as you will be very relaxed!

They do 2 hour soaks for $25
Just make sure there not dumping chemicals in while your in it, cut our stay down by 30 mins. Due to getting a chemical bubble bath. Uhg
It's natural mineral water, heated with electricity instead of volcanic activity.
Leave a message, and someone will return your call between 9am-5pm.
No we use chlorine in the indoor pools just because they are salt water ,and we ionize the salt to create chlorine and we use Bromine in the cedar tubs. I have worked at Sunwater for 5 1/2 years (most senior maintenance employee). We do the best we can to use the least amount of chemicals that we can use.
Different price. They might have a package deal.
Today is the best day. Prices on the website.
Hi there, soaking is $60 which includes two people for a 90 minute period. Any additional people are $30 each. https://www.sunwellness.net/sunwater/soaking/
Yes! I know there are specials going on for Mother's Day but I can't seem to find them online so you may want to call them and ask.
Yes they are. 8 am to 8 pm
Reservations for soaking are not needed unless you want to reserve the private soaking tub, but all other mineral tubs are open for public use without reservations. All spa services require reservations/booking ahead of time. Yoga classes have limited space available so it is recommended you make a reservation in order to secure a space in class, but not required.
I would consult your physician, but I would assume if your wounds aren't scabbing it would be safe. I know the body of waters are kept pretty clean.
No, we will be closed on Thursday.
Yes. The sinkhole isn't near the spa, and our town didn't wash away. Its always good to call before you go though, because we are getting storms daily. Enjoy!
No. I'm pretty sure radon is not good for your health.
