Simply the best! I have a membership and go weekly. Beautiful clean space that is SUPER relaxing! Staff is kind & the saunas they use are top-notch (unlike some other cheap ones in the city—which suck). Environment is so relaxing and I come out feeling so good. FYI: cabin 1 is hottest, followed by 2, and then 3.

I had an incredibly difficult and disappointing experience trying to visit this location with a friend. With the help of their scheduling attendant and an hour on the phone due to the attendants challenges using their booking system we booked a full month in advance. The day before our appointments I called to confirm everything as we'd been receiving random covid forms etc on random days in the weeks leading up to the appointment and no calls to confirm the day before. It turned out that our appointments were not booked correctly and rather than calling me in advance they did not let me know until the day before the appointments when I called. The team members I spoke with to explain the issue were not sympathetic to the challenges I faced trying to become a customer. I was told multiple times that someone would call me back to resolve the situation but I did not receive any calls or emails. Ultimately I lost hours of my time on the phone with them, it was a huge disappointment to my friend and I who were so looking forward to a spa day , and we left with such a sour experience because of the lack of professionalism and empathy. Really disappointing and upsetting experience overall .

The sauna blanket barely gave me a sweat. When I walked in they offered me a mask and shot, which they did not disclose were add on purchases. Rather than comping my experience they only offered me a complimentary sauna for next time, which judging from one of the reviews does not sound promising. When I expressed my disappointed they sales person told me “maybe I didn’t drink enough water”, as a medical professional I know that has nothing to do with it. I am disheartened by the customer service and will not being returning nor recommending.

Such a serene, calming place to be. I've never felt more restored and calm in my life - if you've been considering infrared saunas, this is the place to do it! The owner is also so sweet and kind. They do an amazing job.
