I love Jack in the Box! for all the Burgers they offer, new Burgers that come out, I am always drawn back to my favorite food choice on their menu. Their basic Tacos. 2 for whatever the current price is at the time. The more Tacos the merrier for me perfect comfort fast food. a side goes good with them Tacos? Fries, Curly Fries, or Onions-Rings, are all great choices . and to wash it all down? An Ice Cold Coke or a delicious Strawberry Shake.

Arrived 15 minutes before 10am, I’m in a semi truck so I couldn’t go through drive through that was already opened. The dine in section was closed till 10am as was posted on their door. I came back at 10:05 still wasn’t open. Waited for another 10 mins as I saw a worker walk in through another and clearly acknowledging I was there but still didn’t open. Waited for like 10 mins it’s now like 10:17am and still not opened. I couldn’t stay waiting so I left. If you guys say you open at 10 then open at 10 don’t just stare at me through inside and ignore.

This has been an issue where more than a few times either my order is wrong or they charged me for something i didn't ask for and to top it off they never answer the phone.... ever.... I have made multiple attempts on multiple occasions but nobody ever picks up. Might as well not call tbh. And if this wasn't bad enough.... They also always forget to give me my card back right away. They'll take my card at the beginning of the transaction, hand me my food, ask me if there's any sauce that i want, give me the bag and close the window right away. They'll wait a while before they even open the window back up and when they do they just look at me all funny and say with an attitude " can i help you? WE MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE TRANSACTION AND YOU TRIED TO SEND ME MY WAY WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ME MY CARD BACK. I EVEN LEFT IT A FEW TIMES AND HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO GET IT CUZ THEY NEVER HANDED IT TO ME. IT SHOULD BE PRESSED IN THEIR MINDS BY MANAGEMENT TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER THEIR CARD BACK IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRANSACTION IS APPROVED. NOT STICK THE CHIP IN THE MACHINE AND LET IT CHILL THERE THE WHOLE TIME IM OUTSIDE THE WINDOW.
