Rashmia Lee at the Minute Clinic is the only reason I’m writing this review. Rashmia was so kind, funny, and made me feel comfortable. Rashmia was also very personable and somehow took the time to get to know me even though I was in the room for less than 10 minutes. Thanks for making my visit pleasant, Rashmia!

The Pharmacist was yelling at a customer on the phone & when she got off the phone she started yelling to all the employees that the caller threatened her. Completely lied to save her azz. What kind of business let's a Pharmacist of all people make false accusations and even had the poor customer banned all because she knew the customer was making a complaint about her. What a wack job & horrendous business. Go anywhere but CVS.

Pharmacist was a douche. Was on the phone with prescribing NP for over 25mins had to call multiple times and drove back out for a third time to the pharmacy where the pharmacy tech was in shock that the pharmacist didn’t pick up the call. When he did, the NP had to explain that she has full prescribing rights in PA for the pharmacist to finally fill the prescription then still waiting in the drive thru for over 20mins for the prescription for the COVID medication that’s safe with blood thinners. The whole process took over 2 hours just for a routine prescription. The most upsetting was the pharmacists attitude that didn’t seem to care that we all waited and that he didn’t pick the phone up in the first place no sorry. The pharmacy tech was super helpful and nice she mentioned that this isn’t the normal pharmacist and that they don’t have one right now and that he didn’t even look at it or take it seriously but she was going to help out the prescription through. Whichever pharmacist was working on Sat. 8/20 from 2pm to 4:30pm should be fired and never used again. But, no back lash on the actual pharmacy techs. Thanks. Signed Karen.
