The worst CVS out there, not enough employees, and the ones that work there don't care about the customer needs... You'll put a store-pickup order online, they'll cancel it cause they simply don't want to work... Lazy staff... Horrible customer service... CVS HQ do you read any of these bad reviews? Do you even care? No one ever answers the phone, and when they do, they yell at you, and hang up! Those people either need to be seriously trained or fired!

Terrible wait for prescription and there is long customer service waiting time. It is just unpleasant to get prescription here. I would recommend you run as fast and as far as possible from this CVS.

Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. You can't get anyone to help you in the store if you need it and when a mistake was made I must have called through out the day at least 20 times with no answer. You can't tell me the store is that busy continuously that no one can answer the phone EVER.? You really need to get new management there. A simple resolvable issue just cost you a customer. I'm not only never shopping there again but will be pulling all scripts from your pharmacy also.

I was picking up medicine from the pharmacist and there was this Asian girl that was at the counter. She started to talk and stick out her tongue for me to see she has these snake eyes piercing. That was just very disturbing and so unprofessional to see something like that, especially picking up medicine from you’re pharmacist.
