This place is just terrible. Every time I try to pick up a prescription from this store its never right and I have to wait 30 minutes to get it when it should be ready upon arrival. They also never answer the phone. I pick up prescriptions here for my grandmother who is elderly and cannot get out. After today I will not be returning to this store, I came in to pick her prescription up after she has been calling them for days with no answer. She finally got them on the phone and the pharmacy tech told her they would deliver it today at 2pm. At 5pm she still did not have her prescriptions so I went after work to pick them up for her. When i got there they informed me that her pills were already with the delivery person but that they wouldn’t get to her until Wednesday, keep in mind today is Monday and the medicine I was picking up is high blood pressure medicine which is very important to take unless you want to have a stroke. They told me it was nothing they could do and she had to wait. I then demanded that they fill the script because my grandmother cannot wait 3 days for her medicine. They all looked at me like i was causing a problem and they proceeded to walk behind the pharmacy desk where I could tell the two pharmacy techs were talking about me with the pharmacist. One of the techs (she had braids) proceeded to laugh. I ask what was funny about an old lady not having her medicine and they tried to act like the girl wasn’t laughing when I clearly saw her laughing as if someone not having their medication is a laughing matter. I asked for the manager and was informed that the pharmacist who the two rude tech were talking trash about me with was the manager. I then asked for the number to corporate because I will be reporting this store.
