i wish i could give a zero. no one answers the phone. I called the store and pharmacy to confirm if they have my prescription my dr sent and to ask for the amount that co pay will be. Their phone contstantly rang as if this wasn’t a business number. I called several times after, even when the Rite Aid automated system came on and prompted me to press 3 to speak to someone it’ll again keep ringing. Quite frankly this happens a lot at this location. On top of the actual store is and parking lot is not far off from being a dump.

This past July, I began getting my prescriptions filled at the 8235 Stenton Avenue pharmacy. I was immediately impressed by the professional and pleasant manner of the two pharmacists who work there. All of the issues and questions I have regarding the medications I take are addressed in a knowledgeable and competent manner. In addition, my prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and correctly. In short, based on my experience, the overall prescription service at this pharmacy has been excellent. Lastly, I do not want to forget the pharmacy cashiers, who are always courteous and helpful, and generally do a great job.
