Good place to stay. Rooms are clean and in good order. We were disappointed that the mini fridge did not have a freezer. Convenient location. The continental breakfast had a good variety.

Positive: Location, breakfast choices but not hours. Negative: Breakfast did not start early enough. Lady clerk was rude, gentleman on duty very pleasant.

They changed my reservation from a single king bed to a two queen suite. Why would I want a queen suite for one person? Don't change the reservation to a smaller bed size without checking with me first. As a Diamond Club member, I fell like I got the leftovers so they could sell out all rooms and not honor my room type on my reservatoin.

Everyone talks about cleanliness, but we must of got a room housekeeping had an off day in. Bathroom sink counter had rings from bottles that had been used by previous guest. Shower soap holder still had damp soap residue. They need to hire taller housekeepers as picture below shows dust from top of head board. Mattress appeared to be old as it was very soft. Breakfast was good with a variety.
