If I can put a zero star I WOULD. We love to stay in holiday inn because they are usually clean and comfy but the front desk today July 20,2022 is just horrendous/dreadful/horrible/ extremely bad and inconsiderate! We were supposed to stay for 21days but it was cut short because they are moving us to a downgrade room with a funky/musky smell with a higher rate. I was willing to move to another room but they are not trying to work things out with us and just wanted us to take the funky smelling room or leave the establishment. It’s so inconvenient for us considering that we have a 7month baby and a 5 year old. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered.

I called at 6:30 AM thinking I would leave a message but instead someone picked up and scheduled me for 10 AM! They helped me find the best solution for my garage door. Great company! Use this company for any garage door needs! The reviews are true! I called on a Sunday night with a broken spring. My experience with Brian (manager) and Steve (repairman) was great. Both springs were replaced in less than 30 minutes. Brian called after the job was done to check on the service. I’m fairly new to writing reviews, but I wanted to share my great experience today. You won’t be disappointed. I will be using this company from here on out. Thanks again!!

Hotel has a great pool and comfortable rooms with excellent beds. Breakfast is hot and complete, satisfying every craving. Great Aervice and points system provides for excellent benefits. Recommend staying here!

The bed was super comfortable. It was the perfect size for me and the sheets were crisp and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that’s coming in from a long day of driving to rest here. I came in at 11pm and was expecting to turned away but I was told they could accommodate me. This is one of my reasons I am still an IHG member to this day.
