Pet room had a not so great aroma to it. I would have expected to find bad stains, however there weren't any. The toilet you had to hold the handle to flush. The shower was rather small for my height and I had to duck, but really that's not entirely their fault. The 2 queen room outside of that was a basic room and seemed clean. The pool was pretty good and so was breakfast. The real area the hotel excelled in was the staff though. The gentleman stocking breakfast was on top of it and made sure everyone had everything they needed and that everyone was comfortable. The same gentleman was at the checkout (and possibly check in) and had excellent customer service all around.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was yummy. We had kids and dogs with us and it was a good experience. Beds could have been more comfortable but not a bad experience!

Positive: Pricing, offered amenities and staff Negative: We had a pet room. It smelled like smoke and pets. There were several wet areas in the room upon entering and the pool was not heated as described. Morning staff was awesome, evening staff was unavailable after hours

Its great for a night especially when your on the road for 18hrs. The only issue I had was the bathroom and its only the water pressure and the temperature of it. The pressure felt light and it didn't get hot sure it got warm but that was that. Other than that great customer service and wonderful employees
