My sister and I were coming into town for a wedding. I called the morning of to see if it was possible for an early check in due to the wedding starting at 1:30 and check in wasn’t until 4. I spoke with Jessica and asked her if we would be able to check in early and she told me that she could guarantee my room for early check in so we could at least get ready in one while we waited on my sisters to be ready. She was super sweet on the phone and it made me feel a lot less stressed about everything. When we arrived in Defiance we were greeted by Jessica again at the front desk. She told us that not only did she have my room ready, but my sisters too. The best part about this was she also made sure our rooms were directly across from each other! Which was a really awesome surprise. Jessica was very sweet and accommodating. She really went above and beyond our expectations and we really appreciated all she did for us. We had a great stay!

My 11 night stay was everything I needed. The office staff was superb. Breakfast was always delicious. the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The gym was clean. I never used the pool, but I saw families enjoying themselves. My circumstances for being there weren't the best (taking care of my brother's estate) but every night I returned, I was always welcomed with a smile and great conversation. Location is close to everything, but then again, Defiance isn't very big. If I need to return to Defiance, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!!
