Thank you SCP. I finally feel at home!! I’ve had years of feeling like the places I’d go to have prosthetics made didn’t care about me or didn’t hear me. Rick is so passionate about what he does and all the staff truly care about their clients. I love my new prosthetic leg!! They have a couple office dogs that are very sweet and makes the visit fun. Also a ping pong table and treadmill, stair master and heavy bag so you can even work out and have fun during your visits!! What a breath of fresh air!!

I have been visiting SCP for a few years now. I can honestly say that SCP has changed my life in terms of their willingness to listen help and support me in what is already a difficult topic for most people to discuss. Being an amputee puts up a lot of barriers for understanding and compassion from the community at large at SCP they break through those barriers and talk to you like you matter, like your concerns and questions matter. I can safely say that at SCP I’m heard and included in the whole process and their staff is kind and always asks how things are going in my own life. I recommend them to everyone I meet who might need the right people to help and at SCP I’ve found the right people for sure!

I've been coming here since 2012. I'm a bilateral above the knee amputee. Certainly not an easy case. SCP has been great in getting me walking. They're very knowledgeable in prosthetic adjustments and socket making. The socket is the most important component. Because if the socket isn't comfortable, you're not going to want to wear it. SCP has the patient's best interest in mind. I can a get an appointment really quick if it's an emergency. Amputees all know the importance of getting in for a quick fix. And you get to meet other amputees because they don't just stick you in a room by yourself, although they have that option if you want it. You have the option of waiting out in the walking room with the parallel bars and chatting with others or the couches in the back. It's a lovely building with lots of light. I'll be coming here as long as I can still walk!

Southern California Prosthetics is truly amazing. Not only do they create unbelievable products but they are somehow able to exceed outlandish expectations with customer service. I've had ankle issues my entire life which have gotten progressively worse as I've gotten older. Unfortunately, I am passionate about a job where I'm constantly on my feet and, prior to visiting Southern California Prosthetics, I struggled to work 2-3 days on my feet. After visiting SCP, they fitted me with a customized prosthetic that has been a complete game changer. I can happily work 5-6 days straight with zero to minimal problems, leaps and bounds from where I was. Not only did they create an unbelievable solution to a lifelong problem, any issues I had while getting used to their prosthetic, they were able to solve with a simple phone call. I have never experienced customer service at such an unbelievable level. I can finally each and every day at work and I cannot recommend Southern California Prosthetics enough. SCP is truly a game changer in the world of prosthetics!
