Though I have had good experiences with Ken Garff in the past, when I bought my new Volvo, the car had a squeaky brake issue. Instead of resolving the issue, Ken Garff refused to cover it. This apparently is a issue that many Volvos have had--other dealerships have fixed the issue. Ken Garff is just interested in padding their bottom line--not taking care of their customers. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership.
