Zion's bank has lost its reputation of being a good bank, especially this branch. Horrible customer service, not willing to help at all. I'm moving all my accounts from Zion's now to Mountain America Credit Union. Zion's is absolutely trash now.

I opened this bank to save my money when i signed the agreement and their policy it said if anyone other than account holder wants to access your account the account holder must be notify, so last tuesday sept 20,2022 someone went to the bank and talk to the West valley city utah branch and access my account no one checked ID or called me. i had to find my own way through my app a money was deposited and money was taking out. when i called last night the 1800 they told me this shouldnt happen and i need to talk to the Branch manager. so today the branch manager hangup one me said she needs to read the policy and call me back. now i got to look for another bank and move my money.

I went to this Zions bank to exchange $100 for Canadian dollars. The bank was empty, but the cashier asked me to wait until she finished chatting with her co-worker; I was not happy, but I waited. After she finished the chat, I asked her about the money exchange, and she wanted me to pay a $10 fee to exchange $100, seriously, a 10% fee. I told her I could get it from the airport for less fee, and she said the airport does not have Canadian dollars. She was kind of rude. I left, and it was my first and last time dealing with this bank. I always wonder why I never hear anyone recommends Zions bank, but now I know the answer.

I won't be sad if this bank close or leaves Utah. One of the worst customer service work in the branch.
