Dealership has had vehicle in the shop for months and has given excuse after excuse as to why they are unable to repair the vehicle. Customer Service has been very poor with little to no communication. I do not recommend this dealer for service nor would I purchase a Jaguar again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased a 2021 Jaguar XF with 7,000 miles. My first experience with service was horrible. I stood in the service area for approximately 10 minutes without acknowledgement only to find my car didn’t need service after all. It’s having connection issues and the answer was “just plug it in”. Obviously, that isn’t the issue but they wouldn’t take a look and it’s not working properly. One month later, the check engine light came on. I immediately called and was treated horribly and was basically told I could tow it in but I wouldn’t have a loaner and they wouldn’t even look at until mid September. (Almost 2 months later) Lindsay the service manager was particularly rude and unhelpful. I specifically would never purchase a car from this dealer and depending on this engine issue, perhaps a Jaguar. My previous car was a BMW and I would’ve never been told with a brand new car, we can’t help you. Completely unacceptable!
