I love/d this little home away from home and set at a comfortable price! The owners are friendly, sharing and live onsite. The Guadalupe River is your backyard! There is a boat ramp on site as well. Its settled in a 30 minute drive to Texas' famous Rockport Beach 💚

Well let tell you what about the cabin was the greatest water smelled horrible not to mention how dirty it was when I moved in Wi-Fi did work no coffee pot either had to clean it myself to move in it rented it for a month not one time did the host speak to or ask me anything besides give dirty looks every day I was there stayed in the cabin for 10 days e-mailed them told them I was finished that I was leaving and ask how much I owed for electricity and ask about my deposit never got a response from them I cleaned that cabin-spot less when I moved in and when I left there I get a email today that I was getting 33 and some change so I called them to ask and she told do to excessive cleaning that I wasn’t get my deposits back the place was dirty who ever you got is charging for something that was all ready done when I left so if you want to stay here you might as well tell them too keep your deposit because no matter how clean you leave it you won’t get it that back because evidently they just take you money and then lie too you face after reading other reviews they do it a lot
