I wish Amazon let me choose my shipper. I would not choose UPS ever again. Once again I pay for next day shipping and UPS screws me saying package is being held because they were unable to deliver.The train was blocking the tracks so they would’ve had to drive around the block, apparently that’s too much effort. I’ve had at least 6 deliveries from fedex and Amazon this week. They managed to find a way. What a joke!!!! Now I got drive 20 miles because these jokers won’t do they’re job. Hopefully I never have to deal with these hacks again. Update went to defiance to pick up and was told it was now at the Paulding ace hardware. Drove there they didn’t have it. Now an email saying it was delivered to Advanced auto!!! What an absolute joke! Unbelievable! Clowns!!!

I bought two things and says they are delivered to my house and i got there and nothing was there they either went to the wrong house or lost it I'm very upset and not satisfied with this business. I have never had a missing package until today. I work hard for my money to get nice things not for someone else to enjoy my money or my things.

We have a regular UPS driver named Ryan who we can count on like one of our own team members. He works with us daily to coordinate our pick ups and drop offs here at Ohio Rotational Molding. Our shipping needs change from one day to the next from 2 boxed toilets to 65 ! He always manages to meet all of our demands and then some. He is polite and friendly. He takes an extra minute to assure envelopes come straight to the office and boxes on the dock where we need them. We realized how spoiled we are when we were without him, while he took his well deserved vacation. We APPRECIATE YOU RYAN!! Thanks for all you do!

Sometimes. It depends on how their board lays out their route. But you can call 1-800-PICK-UPS and we can check to make sure the driver does have the package and see if the driver can come back around.
Yes we do box,package, label your items for shipment
I can't really speak for them, but when we were there a man came in to pick up his delivery and as I said they have very limited hours in the office.
The only thing you can do is contact the shipper. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do without a tracking number.

Yes bring it to the customer counter 11:30-1:00 , or 5pm -7pm to the south employee door.
