We had several heavy boxes to ship, and I called to make sure that the online shipping calculation would be accepted at the store. The owner said that it can sometimes be different, but that if we brought our boxes there, he would at least match it and look for any additional coupons, which he did, saving us about a fifth of the shipping price - and he could not have been nicer while doing it. Pleasant experience all around. This is now my shipping store.
