I had never in my whole life experience a business on this level. I paid $900.00 for two pair of glasses I made a sacrifice to get something I like. Paid to have the works done. Call to informed them of an situation , my lenses was scratch and I paid for protection I used tissue afew times no way should my lenses should be scratch I don't believe they ever put the protection I paid for on my lenses, so now they said I have to paid almost $400.00 to get the lenses replaced, never would I ever used the place again. My husband just brought glasses one month ago and his nose is scratch up very bad. This is unbelievable they want your money but don't want to accommodate you no way shape or form. This was a total loss my husband and I at square one. Never experienced an eye glass place like this before. Please be careful because we had total loss and we're senior citizens. Horrible and just don't care.
