Wow this is the worst target I’ve ever been too. The staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful, and make you feel as though by them helping you, their doing you a favor. I’ve never been witness to so many employees who work in customer service who don’t like helping customers. Honestly the worst Target experience I’ve ever had, avoid this target at all costs. The drive up guy was extremely rude and slow. I get that sometimes things are busy and you’re rushed but you can explain that. The pick up employee was clearly racist to my husband as everyone else was served promptly and we had to actually request our items from him because he was taking so long and serving every one else before us, even the numerous people that arrived after us. The formula shortage is stressful enough as it is, without these terrible experiences from Target employees at the bee cave Target. Do not go here.

Terrible customer service. Other than Claudia, who did a great job for us at Guest Services, a cashier who was supposed to assist us in Lane 5 on Friday, May 13 at 5:35 p.m. CT was awful, rude and unprofessional. He kicked us out of the line while we were trying to pay for our products. It is not the customer’s fault that the line is long. This individual either needs more training or needs to find another job. Either way, if this is how we will be treated as customers, I will tell all of my family and friends to shop elsewhere because that cashier is the worst I’ve ever come across as a loyal Target customer.

This is my home away from home! So many friendly faces and I’m so thankful for this starbucks and the amazing employees!!! They always put a smile on my face!! Definitely one of my favorite places to be.

The staff is super nice, and the Starbucks server was super helpful. The store is clean, the music isn’t too loud, and everything is well organized. Frisbees were sold out and some things seemed really pricey.
