I was notified that two prescriptions were ready for pickup. My son went to the drive through and picked up the package. Only one was in the package. When I called, I was told that the other prescription would not be ready until tomorrow AND that I would need to call again tomorrow to schedule a delivery at MY expense. I will be moving all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

A month a go, I went to this pharmacy to check on getting the new Shingles vaccine. I gave them my insurance card and I was told that it would cost me $170 out-of-pocket because it was not covered on my Humana Gold HMO. So I went to Target on Hwy 620 and paid $47.00. I just got my HMO Summary and that was the correct co-pay. This is not the only reason, so I won't be trying them again.

These people are awful. Multiple times they don’t have scripts ready, lines are very long and don’t move, customer service is nonexistent - I’ve never met a nice person behind the counter and I’ve encounteres a lot, and they usually don’t have the medicine you need in stock so you wind up having to go back. Stay far away before it’s too late and they have your rx hostage.

Just like all HEB grocery stores this one has all the usual stuff you are used to. Nice and much better than Wal-Mart or Target. I always prefer HEB compared to those places.
