I ordered ahead online and it was ready in 10 minutes, very happy with that. I had one of the bowls and it was delicious. They made it just as I ordered it, great job.

besides the fact that they constantly decide randomly that they aren’t going to accept in person orders. i waited 30 minutes for a bowl… ordered extra chicken and this is what i get for 13$ thnx

Order was supposed to be delivered at 11:37AM. Order arrived some time after 12:15PM (after we had to leave). I called customer service they basically said, "stuff happens" and if you want to speak with Product Support I can transfer you to them. So I did, no one answered. I was then directed to a website to provide my feedback. I decided to write this instead. It's too bad you cannot rate the store's service was a Zero as that is what they earned today and I got to purchase lunch twice. Thanks Mansfield Chiptole!

Fresh and tasty. I love dining in but most times we order for delivery, something is missing from the order. Last time, an entire plate was missing. Someone should quality control the bags.
