Always a pleasure coming here. I worked in this location around 2013 as an Advanced Repair Agent in Geek Squad. That job gave me a lot of experience which has proven useful in getting where I am today. In turn, I am now able to be a somewhat frequent customer! Staff is helpful, inventory is usually the best in the area, people are nice about price matching / returns etc. Still a great place to go if you need tech and are a brick-and-mortar person like me.

What happened? Not sure when they decided to combine Geek Squad, Returns, Pick Ups and Checkout… what a horrible idea. Standing in line for 20 minutes to buy one cable, stuck behind returns. What a waste of time. Hire more cashiers at a decent wage and open your regular checkout area. The store is a cluster ****.

After waiting 10 mins on hold for a national representative only to be transferred to the store itself (apparently cannot call store directly anymore), I spoke to Geek Squad IT guy to make sure they had my iPhone battery in stock. Drive all the way there only to be told I have to leave phone for 3-5 days for a battery replacement. Really? You could not have told me that over the phone? Very nice young lady at Geek Squad register. Annoying micro-managing Geek Squad IT guy addressing nice your lady at register but not me, the customer, until the very end of the initial intake. Recognized annoying Geek Squad IT guy’s voice as the one who confirmed they had battery in stock but failed to tell me I had to leave my iPhone with them 3-5 days. Time, gas and effort wasted for nothing.

My sales guy was super helpful. Although I'm new to Sony Bravia and it doesn't pair with Comcast, somehow, I'm learning to stream, and making choices. This TV is the best one by far that I ever had. I love it. Great price too.

Have to go instore to look at technical stuff like this... different models have different capabilities and different specs
No, dont use them. They are notorious for charging too much for small problems. Take it to a local shop where they will give you a fair price. The geek squad will try to sell you things you don't need.
6s batteries are usually done in store as long as there is inventory for it. Although, i would still call ahead to ensure they have availability for same day repairs
I'd call and make an appointment
I'm sure
You'd have to get those from someone who you know who works there. Or maybe, just call and ask.
Call or go in and talk to them. Each repair is different. You haven't even said what's wrong with it?
Obviously too lazy to check the website and don’t know how to ring and ask!

Any internet will do that has sufficient speed, and depending upon what else you at doing simultaneously would suggest a bar minimum of 5mbps, but at least 15 mbps. In terms of the stick, the stick is ok for content off of netflix/Amazon, but is not well suited for other streaming services like direct tv now, just does not have the horsepower. If budget and space allows would steer you to a "puck" style device as they have more oomph.
