Great place for batting cages (softball and baseball), also have tunnels for practicing, pitching hitting coaching. Staff was super friendly. Apparel and gear too.

Sure can. They have a pretty solid selection up for demos as well.
I would make a reservation just because they only have a few batting cages and practice areas. I have never been there with my kids when there wasn't other people using some of the facilities.

You can choose how fast the softballs are pitched to you,ask the attendant to show you,they are quite helpful
