First time at this hotel for this long time IHG fan. Loved the team at this hotel, from the front desk, to the bar, to housekeeping - they all strive hard to make your stay a good one. It is next door to the beautiful Canmore Casino, and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and brewpubs in the downtown area. For a famous sport-event and vacation town, the room carried more of a bare bones look and feel, and not in the stylish industrial way. The bed was very nice, firm mattress, bright white beddings. The WiFi was good. The lighting was dim and lots of table and floor lamps, which meant a lot of switches to turn. Closet and bath felt old. Hope to see a different vibe on that front the next time I am there.

Everything was actually pretty good. Very smooth trip good services, reasonable amenities, and a fantastic location. The rooms were laid out pretty well but the bathrooms were a little small. We had a conference in the facilities were well suited to conferences and the food served was very reasonable. I've stayed here a few times and so far with many of the other hotels in town.

The hotel was in a convenient location, near a park for our dog and restaurants, etc.. for us to walk to. It was also quiet at night for us to get a restful sleep. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

My fiancé and I had an appointment last week to see the hotel as a venue for our wedding in 2023. We both took half days from work since Saratoga is a bit of a hike for us and were explicitly told the sales representative was only there three days a week and left promptly at 4pm on those days. When we arrived, the front desk receptionist told us the representative (Shelly) had left because she was sick and “was unsuccessful” in trying to reach us. We did not receive a single email or phone call letting us know that she would not be there nor was there any attempt by the hotel staff to at least show us the space or convey basic details about holding an event. It has now been three days and no one at the hotel has called us to either apologize or try to reschedule. We were very interested in their space because of what they offered in their packages but their horrendous customer service affirmed to us that we should choose another venue.
